    I support Shia. He's done some minor, wrist-slappable things this past year, but the DUI is bad. He is pretty young, and hopefully it was just a one time poor lapse in judgement. He is a very talented up and coming actor, and I'd hate to see him go away just because he can't control his party habits.

    yea, im sure Shia is smarter than your average, he's made it thus far and it way better off than most other child stars. So i doubt he's gonna take any advice from the sister of a pamela anderson-wannabe

    What 21 year old guy hasn't drove with a couple of drinks in him? I'm not saying its right, but he's just unlucky and got caught.

    The report now is that he got hit by someone running a red light, and didn't even cause the accident. I'm not trying to say drunk driving is right, I think it's the dumbest thing someone can do.

    I agree though, enough about it already.

    I'd get drunk to if my name was Shia. All joking aside this guy is getting to much attention. Any male actor could be in any movie he has done. It's not like he's Robert DeNiro or Martin Sheen. All these people who say he is young he'll learn, grow up. We have brains people. We know the difference between right and wrong. He is a grown up not the young kid anymore from Even Stevens. He should know better.

    Kim's sure one to give Le Beouf advice. The other end of the situation is that
    he wasn't smart enough not to get into the car. He was declared not at fault
    but that doesn't mean he didn't play a role.

    Shia's big box office business. They don't want him to have a bad rep so soon -- first
    reports were more likely correct than the way they appear to have been spun into
    someone else's fault.

    KardasHian? Isn't she the daughter of O.J. Simpson's best friend and lawyer, Robert
    Kardashian? Not that there's anything wrong with that.
