She looks like Britney Spears in that picture. And not good Britney Spears, fat-choking-on-a-hamburger Britney Spears.

I think shes suing because papers were saying things like "She's gotten fat and ugly JUST LIKE HER FATHER" and basically saying she was going to go out the same way he did. If you read the statement she made publically you might be more impressed. She really stuck it to them and with good reason. I don't if I would have gone as far as suing but I do understand why another woman might.
