Film School Rejects: WTF: I Want My Jaws 3D!

    My girlfriend says that 3D movies suck for people who need to wear glasses. Putting 3d glasses over glasses isn't that comfortable. But i wouldn't know since I don't wear glasses.

    A friend of mine struggles with the same problem. Although the Real-D glasses do fit over regular frames, he says he still experiences a double-vision effect.

    There must be a better solution for presenting 3D movies to the sight-impaired. Maybe we should force everyone to wear contacts. Or beam the glorious 3D mindfrak directly into their brains.

    I wear glasses, and the new RealD sunglass-style glasses fit over my eyes okay. They're way better than the old cardboard ones.

    I would looove to see "Creature from the Black Lagoon" back in theaters. I've had the privilege of watching the film in both formats -- regular and 3D -- and I can confirm that you get so much more out of the 3D version. Plunging spears! Creature claws! Fish swimming mere centimeters from your face!
