My first thought was to go with the moment Cartman reveals that Scott is eating "Mr and Mrs Tennerman chili" and Radiohead walks in and makes fun of him for crying... but somebody already said that and I want to be original.
One of the most quoted episodes among me and my friends ever since it aired in season 8, titled "The Jeffersons". This episode, starring Michael Jackson, is probably in my top 3 of all time. Not only is it fun to mimic the signature MJ noises, my favorite being "chick-chabee-choo-cha", but the episode itself is just hilarious from start to finish. My favorite moment has to be when Cartman, MJ, Stan, Kyle, and Blanket are having a slumber party in Stans bed. As Stan falls asleep he thinks he sees Cartman and Mr. Jefferson snuggling up, gazing into each others eyes, getting closer and closer as they both just say "yea?" back and forth. oh yeah, when Kyle had to stab Jesus to save the world, and he make Jesus promise him never to tell Cartman. Funny as hell.

biggest and best moment for me. I cried laughing. Another is when the cute little forest
critters kept raping everyone in imagination land. Or when the lice on "licecapades" had
chops and guns, that's funny.
But I will throw in a new favorite of mine from last season:
Butters singing "what what in the butt" on youtube. Good Stuff right there.
It was when the people of southpark found out if you stick food up your ass you will shit it out your mouth and stan's dad did it and he started shittin out his mouth.
LMAO when i saw that it was set, i watched soutpark EVERY night after that, it was too funny

A train wreck I couldn't look away from. It was both shocking and hilarious with each combatant getting in some pretty solid and a few dirty shots.
Chef was a great character, and the voice of Chef by Isaac Hayes was awesome. They killed Chef off, and now the voice of Chef is lost to all of us 2. RIP Isaac

I liked Mel Gibson going bat**** crazy and flinging poo.
I liked Michael Jackson's face falling off. I liked the revelation that Cartman's mom is also his dad. I liked the whole "Make Love not Warcraft" episode.
I liked Cartman building a ladder to heaven so he could ask dead Kenny where he hid the tickets. I liked Paris Hilton shoving a pineapple up her hoohaa.
I was amused by Miss Garrison's gross sex-change boobs and the fact that she's still bald as a woman.
And I like a million other moments on the show.
Out of 11 seasons, it's hard to remember all the best moments.
