Prepare Yourself for FSR’s Decade in Review
Plus he's sort of like the father figure that Indy never truly had (until Last Crusade).
On top of this loyalty, the guy is virile, raising NINE children with his wife Fayah!
A hero is only as good as his villan and Belloq was quite a villan. Like a vulture, he let Indy do all the hard work before he swept in and took the prize. The face-to-face with Indy in Cairo after Indy thought Marion was dead is a classic scene, "I am but a shadowy reflection of you..."
My favorite Belloq moment is when he calls Indy's bluff and dares him to blow up the Ark. He was the perfect villan for Indy and their rivalry is one of the things that sets the Raiders apart as the best film of the series.
Hold on, Lady, we going for a ride!!!
finding the Grail, but he was comedic, too. My favorite moment of his was when he used his
umbrella to scare the birds. Genius!
Oh, and quite obviously, the best Indy character besides Indy is Henchman #3. The one from Raiders, not the one from Temple.
He picked the best movies to be in.
In spite of being (obviously) older than Indiana, he gets off with Dr. Elsa Schneider, this is enviable and makes you think if you could achieve the same at your sixties ;)
Secondly, he was the perfect companion for Indy and also quite funny, remember his repeated quote: "This is intolerable!" - which by the way is said in the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull -.
And last but not least, he survives a shot thanks to the Holy Grail and should be supposedly immortal, although we're told he is dead in this last movie.
but I'll go with Henry Sr.
Thanks for the giveaway :)
"I HATE SNAKES"....me, too, Indy...!!!!!
His son!
THANK YOU GOD BLESS
the entire film.
However, My favorite character was his son Mutt. He was unafraid of danger and it was just like watching a young Indy. Shaia lebouf was great..
In all the film is a must for all ages...a thrillride from the start to the finish.
cool
I keep telling you, you listen to me more, you live longer!
He no nuts, he's crazy!
I'm very little! You cheat very big!
Hold on to your potatoes!
Thanks for a fun giveaway!
By the way, to the person who wondered why Henry Jones Sr. died after drinking from the Grail, they say in the movie that the effects only last while you are in the Grail Temple.
Sweet prize pack!
