Well Jason Bourne is probably the most badass spy out there. He doesn't need gadgets or a sidekick. All he needs is instinct and wit. Now I'm not as badass as Bourne, so I do need the gadgets to get my spy career going.

Cinematic secret agent? Well, I loved Angelina Jolie as "Jane Smith" in Mr and Mrs Smith... In a similar vain, I'm a big fan of Harry Tasker (and, at the end of the film, Helen Tasker) in True Lies (Ahnold and Jamie Lee Curtis).

Is Jack Bauer close enough to being a secret agent? Haha. Too bad the X-Files wasn't secret, because Mulder is pretty much my favorite character of all time. Anyway, I guess I have to go with... Johnny English (also, a quick look at wikipedia has Jack Bauer listed as a secret agent. Well! I guess my love for Rowan Atkinson wins out, however awesome J.B. may be).

I really think Jason Bourne... even though he lost his memory, he remembered the basics and kick some major butt...
