Started watching because of my girlfriend, and now I can't stop. When I tell my friends I don't even use the excuse that Blake Lively is incredibly hot anymore (even though I have thought this since I first saw her in Accepted). I just tell them that the show is really awesome and addictive, which it is.

Well, there's the obvious man reason that is Blake Lively (who I still want to marry), but I love it's over the top scandalous portrayal of the lives of the rich and fancy. The overflow of pretty people, fashion, and scandal is wonderful. Yay.

Blake Lively is awesome and I loved her in the Sisterhood of the Travelling Pants 1 & 2 as a "Childhood-traumatized-Mommy-left-me-hoochie-wanted-to-get-to-her-counselors-pants" type of girl. Would like to asee more of her.

My adiction to GG is all thanks to the fashion. Those girls on the show always look amazing. I covet their clothes, shoes, bags. EVERYTHING!

gossip girl is like that food on the table by your side, you're not really hungry, but you're bored and take the first bite... after that you're just eating because it's good and it's there. Gossip Girl is my number 1 guilty pleasure, it may not be the most substantial show on tv, but it's addicting with it's plot lines and characters, bitchness and niceness. I can't even being to explain it, there is just some quality that keeps me coming back for more.

I love GG so much that out of sheer curiosity I checked out the first book in the Gossip Girl series from the library (in shame at the checkout counter, as I'm in my twenties) and read it.
(For the record, it made The Babysitters Club seem like Shakespeare).

I Love Gossip Girl so much it's not even funny.It's like the only gift i want for Christmas. My Favorite part of Gossip Girl is when Georgina’s( Michelle Trachtenberg) Secret of Serena holds every episode she’s in into suspense.Everybody has Serena’s back and plot to get back at Georgina even though it was so sad seeing that was the beginning of her and Dan’s break-up.I also love after everything is Revealed and out in the open, Blair has Dan set her up with a greeting from her parents in what looks like Central Park (priceless lol). It’s what made me honestly start watching gossip girl (craving with addiction at the end of my seat every week having to wait a whole week to wait for a new episode) but besides that, I didn’t get a chance to see the first season until that episode and can’t afford to get it. that’s why i really want this DVD.

My sister introduced me to the word of Gossip Girl, and ever since I was not able to miss one episode! It is so scandalous and entertaining! Everything lures you in: from the cast and the setting, to the wardrobe and music! It is my ultimate guilty pleasure. It may be "bad for you", but either way, it is great entertainment ;)
