Is this really necessary for Fox to do? I don't understand why they didn't make a big fuss when, oh let's say the film was in pre-production? Yeah, copyright laws are copyright laws but this is stupid. For the sake of the fans they should find a compromise and get over themselves. Oh wait, are we talking about logical decisions? Then the film will be delayed until 2020. Yay!

They probably thought the WB might not even finish or able to make the film so when they waited it was too late but they took it to the court anyway. I'm not siding Fox Studios nor agreeing to WB. I love Watchmen thats about it. I could care less if the movie is not going to come in on 3/6/09. I'll be watching something else anyway.

You know what? Fox sat around doing absolutely nothing with the rights to Watchmen. Sure, technically, they have a case but let's be frank, Fox was not going to make this movie. Now we have this, where Fox simply saw a chance to stuff their pockets with free money and took it, and now it looks like they will fuck over the fans who waited around a few decades for Fox to do something with the rights they did NOTHING with. It's one thing to grab some money, it's another thing to rip off fans because studios can't keep their shit straight. I hope it's just them not being happy with the money they will get from the lawsuit so they are trying to force WB in to giving them more, but who knows now. Fuck Fox, I hope Zach Snyder uploads a torrent if it's release is delayed.
