Film School Rejects: Where In the World Is Osama Bin Laden? Movie Review

I would disagree with you on America not thinking all Muslims are terrorists. I know that down here in Cincinnati I hear the words "terrorist" and "Muslim" used interchangeably .

I agree with Chris. What I thought would simply be a discussion with my family on the
topic of Muslim and terrorism ended up revealing some deeply felt and unfair feelings
toward Islam and the Middle East. I support Spurlock in highlighting his read on American
society, somebody had to say it. And get over yourself, he didn't make this movie just for
you. He wisely made his decision to "wag his finger" knowing that the majority of his
audience do indeed believe all Muslims to either be a terrorist or support terrorism.

I was hoping the movie wouldn't be Michael-Moore-esque. I figured it would be though. I agree with Drew to some extent that a message doesn't have to be wholly accessible to everyone; therefore a condemning tone is forgivable. I think just about everyone knows people who believe the negativity surrounds Islam. I can see how the movie could come off as insulting, and be uncomfortable to watch.
