    You know why I'm going to fucking LOVE this strike? It's the main reason why I'll be watching AMERICAN GLADIATORS returning to primetime TV this January instead of shit like over-the-hill 24.

    In response to the "speechlesswithoutwriters" thing - who wrote it? Clearly some WGA member didn't know that pencils down means pencils down. Or is it ok to keep writing as long as its only for the WGA? Or... ?

    Also, lets acknowledge that while that skit is humorous, what really makes it funny is the actors expressions, which are unwritten. Also, at a full 3 minutes, its rambling and too long and repetitive - I guess they couldn't find an editor from the union or a DGA member to cut that down to size and have it play a little better.

    So really, writers, are you the most important cog? What happens when your camera man, gaffer, and rigger walk away from that short? Not funny either.
