  • debbie-dub · 1 year ago
Woohooo! I can't wait to see and read all about your adventures at Comic Con, Cole. And good luck with the date thing! It's my understanding that there will be quite a few TwilightMoms in attendance. We can't wait for all the reports and stories!
  • Ashley · 1 year ago
Hey, if you need a date for Comic Con...I'm just saying...I'm totally down for a few days of glorious nerd-dom. Haha.
  • Amy · 1 year ago
I can't wait to read your report about comic con, and see pictures, yes, please post lots of Twilight pictures.

And I'll totally be your date Cole.
  • Brian C. Gibson · 1 year ago
Hey, I thought Cole and I had something kind of, you know, special...
  • Asta · 1 year ago
I would totally be interested in a Comic Con date with Cole. Email me!
  • Signe · 1 year ago
If only I was a Twilight Mom! Sadly the age is 25 and I am only 20! If Cole wants to make an exception I volunteer! :) I know I have Wishful Thinking Syndrome!
  • Kendall · 1 year ago
I'll be your date Cole! i've only ever been to Gen Con Indy, but that was a blast, and this sounds like even more fun, especially since Twilight is my favorite :-).
  • Tatiana · 1 year ago
Cole! I officially accept your invitation to attend Comic Con with you.
I'm kidding, but i do live in California. And really want to go. I'm just sayin'.
Also, I have never been to a Comic Con.
So, you know, just hit me up.
Seriously though, how do one of us Twilight girls convince you to go with them?
    I'm a classy date. Haha.
So I'm pretty sure you have my e-mail, if you choose to send me a message.
  • Rob Hunter · 1 year ago
Stick to the TMILF's Cole... the underage ones will get you a visit from Chris Hanson and Dateline NBC.
  • Neil Miller · 1 year ago
    @Rob

Did you just coin the phrase TMILFs...?

That is so depraved. But it works...
  • Cole Abaius · 1 year ago
    Wow.

Thanks, Neil, for putting me up on the altar of Twilight datedom, sacrificing me to the whims of the Twilight Moms out there.

And for the record, I'm only 23.

Also for the record, Brian, what we have is special. Just not in the way you think.

Also also for the record, I'll be hanging around Comic-Con come July, twilight fans, so feel free to search me out. If you see a group of really fat people and one skinny, in shape guy, I'll be the skinny, in shape guy. With the beard. Although we all have beards, so that's not much of an indicator.

Also also also, what does it say about me that I just finished New Moon? That's right. I read it. Wanna fight about it?
  • Rob Hunter · 1 year ago
What does it say about you Cole? It says that instead of looking for the skinny guy with a group of "really fat people", the TMILFs and their children should just look for the bearded guy wearing a dress.

I don't live in America so can someone please please please videotape everything Twilight related when they go to the comic con. Pretty please :) i'll love you forever lol. my email is babes412@gmail.com
Let me know if you are up for doing this and if there's anything i can do for you just ask.
  • Melissa · 1 year ago
Anything Twilight related would be awesome to hear about!!! I wish I could go...
  • Melissa · 1 year ago
hehe Cole I just read your comment... what did you think of New Moon???
  • Staysa · 1 year ago
How ridiculously lame is it that I want to spend some of my tuition money to go to Comic con...
    wow.
I never ever thought I would utter those words.
I think I might need help.

and Cole, you should know that you might want to hide amongst the masses whilst you are there. Really, I've seen what the hordes of squealing, screaming fan girls (and women) do to guys who read any part of the Twilight books (let alone two of them), and it's not very pretty.
Well, if you're into that stuff, you might get a kick out of it...I don't know.
Imagine the end of Perfume: story of a murder...without the cannibalism.
I'd take the advice and wear a dress, it might hold them off long enough to get out the door...or throw Rob Pattinson in front of you.
  • Jessica · 1 year ago
Hey! I'm a twilight-mom, except I'm not a mom and I'm single, but I do fit the age bracket so I'm a member there- and I'll be your date, if it's all-expenses-paid. :) I may not put out, but I'm a ton of fun! Call me!
  • Abby · 1 year ago
I would love to go to comic con! And I'm willing to be your date, if you pay for my plane ticket. :p And if you don't mind me dressing up as Avatar characters, cause that's how much of a geek I am.
Although I'm not an Avatar mom. I'm just shy of the age bracket. I got a month and a half to go.
  • Robert Fure · 1 year ago
I really need to read this book.
  • Sarah · 1 year ago
Haha, I'll be your date Cole! Nice to know I'll be with the only in shape guy in the crowd of fat people hah. Beards are great as well.

Hope you don't mind me taking my brother though...he wants to see Yoshitaka Amano (spelling?), the guy who did loads of images for Kingdom Hearts and Vampire Hunter (?), among loads of other people. I just want to see Ray Bradbury!
  • Ashley Demma · 1 year ago
    Cole-

You're gonna have to beat all these ladies off with a stick. Sounds like you're currently FSR's most eligible bachelor right now...even if they're only using you to get closer to Rob Pattinson.

    :)
  • Rob Hunter · 1 year ago
@ Fure: You don't need to actually read the book, just say you read it. You know, like Cole did.
  • Jessica · 1 year ago
    WOW!

Cole and crew, what a shameless way to get chicks and tease us ladies with the opportunity to enjoy all the gloriousness that Comic Con has to offer!!---------I LOoooovvvvvvvVE IT!!!:)

Needless to say, I'm all on-board the "I"ll Date Cole" Xpress-Destination:Comic Con 2008. No worries regarding Chris Matthews or Dateline production crew, as Im legal yet not really a twilight mom. So....where do we sign up????;)

PS. Cole...dont keep us on pins and needles by delaying your take on New Moon. I CANT wait for your witty, sarcastic yet endearing, sensitive yet-manly, response:)

Unfortunately I am not a lovely Twilight Mom, but I aspire to be one in the future!! I know whoever you take, they will be amazing, no doubt about that!! I hope you have a great time at Comic-Con!! I'm counting down the days =)

On Thursday (The Only Day I Am Able TO Make it).. Are there going to be people dressing up for fun? I mean.. I've been to Conventions and such; but never a Comic-Con.. Yes.. I'm a n00blet. But anyways.. To make it easy on you guys.. My questions are..

    1. Am I going to be able to REALLY see the Twilight cat THURSDAY.
    2. Would I make a fool out of myself if I cosplayed as someone from a comic/anime
    3. This seem fun :]
