    ... Having read the comic this is based off, I'm confused how they turned a police procedural into a horror/thriller? I hope its just a case of the trailer misrepresenting the film....

    Yea that VO dude is really bad. He makes it sound like it's suddenly going to turn into a spoof movie...but then it doesn't. Which makes it that much worse. And the line where the one character says, "It's not just a murder...it's the fist murder in Antarctica." Wow, brilliant writing there. I was waiting for a heavier reveal, like "It's not just a murder...he was slowly eaten alive by six-legged batlike creatures that spit fire." OK, maybe not that far out but you get the drift.
