Looks dumb, They need to explain that baby thing in the trailer otherwise no one is going to see this thing, makes the guy from "there will be blood" look like a perv.

I was sold in the first three seconds with John Goodman.
  • Cole_Abaius · 9 months ago
John Goodman in this reminds me a little bit of Royal Tannenbaum for some reason.

    looks boring

looks like a great movie! i am uber excited. though i wish the trailer hadn't shown the baby.

I can't miss a movie with Zooey. The whole baby thing has me put off a bit though. But, I like their characters already, based on the trailer. Is it equally as creepy that I want to Motorboat Zooey's eyeballs?

Yes Quenfis, that is infinitely creepier than my desire to fornicate with her ocular organs. Pervert.

I would not compare her to Meg Ryan. I think Zooey picks much more interesting characters than Meg. She has amazing chops. I was floored when she sang in Elf. I like this, it's way off beat.

She has a separate singing career. She released an album not too long ago called "She & Him: Volume One" with fellow songwriter M. Ward. Lots of older standards and newer "originals." Some of it is pretty good!

I would say that All of it was pretty good...for the genre. I still listen to it.

    Brrrrbbbbbbbbbbb! That's heaven.

I understand that this particular kind of music isn't for everyone...but I, too, have it on my iPod, and listen to it often. It's great music to listen to while cooking. I was bummed when I found out I missed an opportunity to see her in concert at a folk thing in Newport, RI a little while ago.

TFTI, I usually pass on cross over artists. Not everyone's a Wil Smith or Harry Connick Jr., capabale of doing both reasonably well. I was not aware she relased an album. I'm gonna dnld her to my iPod.

Oh, is he related by chance to Royal Tenenbaum?
