I have a question, Rob. Is Away We Go better than Love Actually, arguably one of the best romantic comedies and Christmas film of the decade?

Hmm, I wouldn't say that, but it's still damn good. Love Actually is almost a perfect film (the storyline with Colin going to the US annoys the shit out of me), and I would definitely put it towards the top of both Rom/Com and Christmas movie lists. Away We Go is great but it focuses on one main couple and the brief peeks into other couple's lives. It's strength is in how unconventional it is for a rom/com in that the expected steps never happen.

Also, I love that just when I think I have you pigeon-holed in your opinions you toss out some mad love for Love Actually. Awesome.

I'll queue up Away We Go on Netflix right now.

I didn't bother to buy MvA. I thought it was only okay. It's not worth seeing over and over again. I'm saving my Blu-Ray dough for either "Up" or for Christmas.
