I'm a fan of Ferris Buller myself. He will be missed.

Ferris Bueller and Uncle Buck are my two top John Hughes movies. I am so sad, a huge part of my childhood is gone now.

RIP John Hughes... and thank you for making those wonderful movies that helped me got through my life.

I am a monumental fan of Ferris Bueller's Day Off. He also penned my favorite holiday comedy of all time, National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation. John Hughes was a gem in the film industry, and he will be missed.

I can't belive how all these people are dropping like flies & the sad thing is I didn't see this on the news some how, but then again that show bums me out. My favorites still to this day are :
Ferris Bueller's Day Off, Uncle Buck, Home Alone, Planes, Trains & Automobiles, National Lampoon's Vacation, European Vacation,Christmas Vacation. Then ones I use to like but grew out of: Mr. Mom, Dutch (classic ed o'neill), The Great Outdoors, Beethoven, Baby's Day Out*.

that's life. there's nothing more I can say about it other than the fact that people we come to like wether we meet them or not, but know about them through movies, reading, & TV do have an effect on people.

I liked his movies and liked him as a director.
