    Pffft. Team America. Fuck that noise. The single greatest barf moment of all time was correctly placed at #1 on this list. "Stand by Me" is the Illiad of Barf Scenes.

    1 TV Honorable Mention: Family Guy, when they take ipecac on a bet who gets the pie.
    Missing from this list: Ace Ventura: Pet Detective.

    The BigD got it exactly right ... Meaning Of Life belongs in the number one position. An absolute travesty!!

    Funny list idea, and nice choice for #1, but I totally agree that creating a list of best puking scenes and then not including either Team America or The Meaning of Life is a travesty. (And this is coming from a person who normally hates it when people go, "Whaaat? You didn't include [random film title]? This is an outrage!")

    I can't believe Valerie Vomit's big barfing scene from "The Garbage Pail Kids: The Movie" is not included here! Unreal, it's only the best puking scene ever put on film.

    This is why FSR rules- no one else dare expose cinemas excretement of bodily fluid underbelly. This easily could have been a cliched top 10 list. Yes Meaning of Life comes to mind immediately, theres another that lingers, help me out... was it Meatballs, or Up the Academy? I just remember a drill Sgt. type yelling in someones face to "spit it out!" and indeed they did.
