    This is how it starts - A few jokey posts regarding a "curse" makes it's way around the blogsphere and then it somehow escapes onto shows like Entertainment Tonight and then the local evening news.

    I don't think one unrelated death, a car wreck and a minor scuffle with Bale's mommy qualifies as a curse. "Poltergeist" had a curse. Like four or five people died over the course of three movies. It was God's way of saying "Please, no more sequels!"

    we all know of the Superman "curse", The fate of the actors who have portrade the Man of Steele is legendary,it only killed Brandon Rouths career, so why can't the Batman franchise have a "curse" too.

    Sadly, it's already been mentioned. CNN News yesterday mentioned Freeman's car accident with the word "CURSE OF BATMAN?" (or something to that effect) underneath the report.

    Meanwhile this from the AP:

    "One of the bats from "Batman Begins" broke his right wing while on tour with the Blue Angels. The bat, only identified as "Bat Number 456" was doing a loopty loop trick when the accident occurred.
    In a phone interview from his cage at an undisclosed veterinary hospital, the bat had this to say: "It's the Curse of the Dark Knight, I tells ya!"

    My toast burned today because of The Dark Knight. The burn marks were in the shape of a Batman symbol.
    It freaked me out bad but I think I'll put it on eBay.

    i think its a prime candidate for being a curse, and who is anyone to say its not, we will never really know as with any of the freakish occurances that happen, its the old question of 'is it a co-insidance or is it supernatural phenomina? open your mind..
