Very disappointing to read this review. As a Stanley Tucci fan, I had high hopes. But I trust FSR and probably will take a pass on this one when it comes around.

I do believe that most movie audiences have become so over stimulated by action and constant movement, sound and activity that they can no longer appreciate a character study. Even in 'reality shows' on TV, the editors and producers have to make the content "more interesting" to keep audiences engaged. Sad that we can no longer sit down and read a book that takes time to unfold or watch a movie that looks into the hearts of the characters and provides some insight into human behavior. It is all in the human programming. In a world where we do not even have dinner together without talking to someone else on our cell phone or texting our best buddy, is it surprising that we can't sit still for a character-based film?
