I think 3d is a sweet option to shoot movies in.
The only down side is that the filmmakers constantly (and deliberately) toss things at the
screen.. and that might get gimmicky (and annoying)

In my day we didn't have 3D, we had 2D and we liked it..... Gimmick all the way !

man i hate it. I really wish i could see 3-D. I'm one of those people that can't see it.
When I went to see Coraline the 3-d parts of the film weren't 3d for me. it did not pop out for me. It has to do with the way i view objects or whatever it's not the way everyone else does.
