    Seems like Marty was puffing on some stuff if he thinks Johnny Depp would do something this stupid!

    Eh? Get it... 'puffing on some stuff'? eh? Cause you know, the name of the show was Pufnstuff?

    Oh, and blah blah blah...terrible idea...who would care about this...outraged at lack of original ideas, etc.

    After reading the bad reviews of the other tv show (Land of the Lost) I was eager to see made, I would much rather see, Depp (with Burton) directing taking a wack at this show.
    And no I wasn't totally baked, (but my parents might have been).

    If you noticed and watched "Before Night Falls" w/ Javier Bardem, you would see Johnny in drag. I would not be suprise if he can pull this off very well. The man is freakin talented.

    I love Sid & Marty Croft's creations; growing up they were a large source of TV entertainment as a kid. However, making a movie based H.R. PufnStuf is an awful, awful idea. I still crack up watching those old episodes, but I don't think it's something that can be recreated. I wish they would leave it alone.

    Jonathan Frakes & Will Ferrell should be hanged publicly for screwing up two of my childhood's faves when they hit the big screen: "Thunderbirds" and "Land of the Lost"
