Boiling Point: Twilight
--
That's great. I was going to watch that some.
Thing is, just because its 18 doesn't mean its not new to certain people. What should be the time limit for spoiler tags? What if i told someone that leonitus(sp) dies at the end of 300, that takes A LOT away from the main character.
But a spoiler on a movie like Generations that is that old isn't uncommon. Oh, and there were originally scenes where he lived and met up with Spock ;).
...because..it S P O I L E D the ending/and or main plot twist for me...Isn't that how you classify a spoiler?
"1. Spoiler
When someone reveals a previously unknown aspect of something which you likely would have rather learned on your own."
Urban dictionary says that.
1) You can't expect people to tiptoe around the fact that you haven't seen Star Trek VII. If it really mattered that much to you, why haven't you seen it already?
2) Anyone who didn't know Leonidas dies in the end of 300 needs to read a damned history book. Anyone who's read a 10th-grade history book should know that every Greek, save the messenger, dies at the Battle of Thermopylae.
The whale gets Ahab.
The Maltese Falcon is a statue.
Godot never arrives.
Vader is Luke's father; double-spoiler, Leia is his sister.
It's all Dorothy's dream.
It's a dream of an autistic child looking at a snow globe.
Norman is Mother.
Apollo 13 gets back safely.
The police sergeant did it (he wasn't really a policeman).
He's really a robot/android. [Covers a whole bunch of movies.]
Ilsa leaves with Victor.
Pitt is Norton's imagination.
Corelone's daughter gets killed.
Dumbledore is really dead.
It's in the Louvre.
There, life's mysteries have all been revealed. Any reason to keep living?
And also a director cut without him.
Heh, I love it! You made me snort coffee out my nose from laughing at your post. :-)
As addenda:
Soylent Green is people
She actually has a penis
The Judge (aka the fourth little indian) didn't really die
Chance the Gardener is actually the son of God
She didn't smother a chicken; it was her baby
Her baby is none other than the Devil's son
He might make a cameo though. Shatner as the janitor?
Jesse James is assassinated by Robert Ford at the end of "The Assassination of Jesse James by the Coward Robert Ford."
Spock: "Aren't you supposed to be dead, Admiral?"
Kirk: "We'll talk about that later. Remember the time ..."
* The boat sinks
* Boomer is a Cylon (I could list the others, but figure that I should be careful since the pilot is only 4 years old... someone might bitch...)
* She's a replicant
* The kid sees him because he's dead
* They're on Earth (This one can cover "Planet of the Apes" (original) as well as that flop "The Village")
* V'Ger is Voyager 6
* Khan dies
* So does Spock
* But relax, he comes back in the next flick
* They destroy the ring
* The rebels win
* Voyager gets home
* Data dies (but relax, he can come back as B-4)
* Thelma & Louise go off of the cliff
* She's a dude
* They're not flashbacks, he's dying. ("Jacob's Ladder")
* Yes, there really is a Santa Claus....
Tough doo doo! It's your own STUPID fault for not having watched a movie that's been around nearly a whole generation. What are you? The world's busiest man? You obviously aint no Trekkie, so being a casual layman of the series, I doubt it really matters that much to you. So stop being such an attention seeker, it's not OUR fault Mummy never dished enough love out!
Back to the topic. However they do it, Canon out of the window or not, get the Shatman in this film! He's Kirk....he is GOD!
