1) Bubba Ho-Tep owned.
2) It's worse to see the entire list of upcoming sequels. I knew there were a lot, but the visual of seeing them all together - staggering.
3) Rob, you're one of the few people I know that uses the word 'dearth' correctly. Good job.

@ Josh, yes, Jack Ryan is a CIA analyst/therapist. I believe it was book six of the Ryan series that found him training beneath Tobias Funke M.D., the renowned analrapist.

Host actually has 2 sequels.... both are Host 2 but one is being made in Hong Kong and one is being made in China..... if that makes any sense at all....

Having spoken with Don Coscarelli this weekend at a convention in Chicago at some length about the Bubba-Ho-Tep sequel, I gotta admit what he had to say (which sadly, I was asked by him to "not put the info on the internet", sorry guys) really excited me. The story sounds KICK ASS! A little bit flashback, a little bit present day stuff which he described as "Elvis meets Driving Miss Daisy". Believe me, I couldn't stop smiling with glee at what he had to tell about the script.

But as far as he could tell me, Bruce isn't involved (no real new news there. It's been reported before), but he hopes it WILL go forward eventually. As to when? He couldn't say. But he did say he was "always up for hearing who could be the new Elvis". I said Kurt Russel. He liked that idea.

Huge fan of the Punisher and I NEED this movie to be good. Thomas Jane sucked and I don't know why there is so much loyalty to him. He wasn't intimidating, he was hilarious (not in a good way). I like this guy from Rome. I hope this is good. That's all I'm saying.
