    Without the 3-D element this movie would be another hashed up remake. With the 3-D element this does deliver entertainment...and that's what we want, right?

    If movies are going to be in 3-D, starting with horror films, then I think they're on the right track.

    I think if you take out the 3D, you'd still have, as far as recent slashers go, a pretty fun time with some good bloody kills.

    I WAS GOING TO SEE THIS MOVIE..... MY SISTER AND HER GOT THEIR TICKETS EARLIER... THEN 10 MINS BEFORE WE LEFT 2 DA MOVIES.... DA TICKETS WERE SOLD OUT!!!!!!.... ND DA WORST PART A FIRE BROKE OUT IN THE THEATER!!!!! IM NOT LYING.. IT HAD TO HAPPNED IN THE OPNING DAY.. BUT ILL GO SEE IT TOMORROW

    anyways, yeah this was a kickass goodtime of a movie, 3D is definitly part of the future of cinematic entertainment. Im not sure about this new TruD technology, will have to wait and see when monsters vs aliens comes out, but im a big fan of Real D.

    When you guy's say full-frontal nudity, do you mean pubic hair, which really isn't fully nude (no pussy), or do you mean labia shots and all, which would be great since the last 2 years I have seen way too much dick in movies. Even my girlfriend was teasing me about how many dicks she sees in movies and HBO now and girls will never have to show a complete shot of their pussies.

    Sorry, no direct shot like that. Those are kind of hard to fit into a movie, considering men are up front with our package, but girls tend to hide it a bit more, anatomically speaking. She's just fully naked, head to toe, and you see her run around.

    Umm. I went to see the movie the day after it came out and there were PLENTY of women there. Alot of pregnant chicks were there too. The place was a full house, I think they sold way too many tickets. I thought the movie was pretty cool. About 5 minutes into the movie people start getting slaughtered.

    ACTUALLY I SAW THIS WITH A GIRL WHO MADE ME WATCH IT. PLUS..WHY ARE WE USING "CAPS"??? Im not into that kind of horror but shes the one girl I know into slasher films. And since she's fine I never say no.

    this movie was amazing! and for the person who asked about the sex scene, it wasnt that bad, and it only lasted 2-3 minute. dont see any male parts at all, just boobs lol. and the guys butt, but thats for like a minute. anyway, totally worth watching, best movie i have seen in a long long time!

    I realize I'm late to the party on this, but I only just got around to seeing the movie. The 3-D and the gore are the movie's only saving grace (although the naked lady was much appreciated). B+? I'd say a C and that's only if you see the 3-D showing.

    I understand it's meant to be a throwback to old-school slashers, but that doesn't mean the script has to be absolutely for shit. Inane dialogue and retarded behaviors on the part of almost every character. What was up with Atkins showing up at the sheriff's house and saying "He's in there!" because really, how the hell did he know? Stupid at every turn.

    But goddamn the gore and 3-D effects were sweet as hell.

    When grading a slasher movie, all I ask myself is "Are the kills awesome? Is the gore good? Are the women naked?" My Bloody Valentine hit all three of those and even added 3D. I stand by my B+, though I'll admit some of the dialog was 'bleh,' but I think some of that was in the delivery.

SOMEONE SAID THIS IS THE BEST MOVIE THEY'VE SEEN IN A LONG TIME-LOL! WOW! NO COMMENT TO THAT. SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME ALL THESE MOVIES WITH PENIS SCENES THAT I'VE MISSED LOL BECAUSE IT MUST HAVE BEEN A PORN OR IT WOULD'VE HAD AN NC-17 RATING AND TO IN THE CINEMAS.

    First of all, I really enjoyed this movie. It was entertaining, what more do you need?

    And I can think of atleast two movies straight off my head with male nudity. Sex and the City, which admittedly is a movie that was easy to miss for most people, but also Forgetting Sarah Marshall. Lots of male nudity in that one I'm pretty sure.
