I smell Rambo vs Dracula. Its about time an all-american action hero takes on the leader of the undead. Other great ideas I came up with: Rambo vs Hitler - He goes to find the evil german dictator and stop his evil cloning experiments and rid the world of him for good. Rambo vs Alien - The sequel to the movie above. It turned out Hitler had been cloning Aliens sent to him from the future and 1 escaped from the first movie so Rambo has to finish him off. Rambo vs Jesus: It turns out Jesus had been sending the Aliens to Hitler so Rambo discovers Rasputin and together they travel to the future to put a stop to Jesus' crazy plans to take over the world using Aliens.
Rambo vs Rambo: The US government cloned Rambo for a supersoldier program but the clone got loose in a city and is going on a killing spree. Its up to our favourite action star to save the day.
There we are, at least 5 more Rambo films. With CGI, we could keep Rambo alive forever.

Hey, here's my own script idea:Rambo in Italy John Rambo travels from where we left him in the fourth movie to find his roots in Sicily. When looking for his grandfather, Rambo happens to be the wrong guy in the wrong place as he gets involved in a Mafia feud. This time our hero must fight the Mafia!!!
