Schofizzy · 1 year agoUghh....I am really becoming sick and tired of Tim Burton and Johnny Depp. It will be a real treat to see Depp in "Public Enemy", because everything else he has done in what seems like forever has to do with Pirates and Tim Burton. Burton is beginning to leave a real bad taste in my mouth! Can this guy step outside of his box already? Is everything fanatsy and ghouls with him? Can he give fans of film something different, just once? Look at a director like Danny Boyle, he can direct cross-genre films and pull each off with masterful percision. For example 28 Days Later to Slumdog Millionaire, furthermore The Beach and Trainspoting each of these films come from entirely different genres and each one are great films in their own right. Tim Burton on the other hand has been stuck in the graveyard his entire career with Johnny Depp handcuffed to him.

Meli · 1 year agoI remember watching reruns of Dark Shadows with my cousins on a local access channel as a kid and always found it intriguing. As I got older I would catch episodes here and there, but it wasn't till Netflix did I watch a ton more. I think it's a cool show and honestly, Burton and Depp are a good team to bring this project to the big screen. I'm looking forward to it. I know a lot of people are tired of their team ups, but I love them.

Lazarus_Light · 4 months agoDARK SHADOWS - No one ever in this world can pull this off but Tim Burton and Johnny Depp. Their partnership is like Sherlock Holmes and John Watson of the films. I have deep respect on their bond to do a great movie that other film makers might have envied. To the master of make-believe and the aesthetic, director Tim Burton and to a great actor that go beyond his talents, Johnny Depp.... SALUTE!
