    That's a joke, but seriously, if the budget for APSK2 was $20 then I'm wondering where it all went. I'm neither offended nor disturbed by the "movie" but I was more than a little bored. Maybe I saw the artistic version, with fancy effects that no self-respecting killer would waste time on, but it was ridiculously lame.
