    "3:10 to Yuma" is being robbed because it was too entertaining. I can't believe there aren't nominations for Ben Foster (Supporting) or Peter Fonda (Supporting) as both were on the ball. I wouldn't have been surprised with a Russell Crowe nomination either. The score from Marco Beltrami was awesome as well.

    Come Oscar time, I hope someone realizes their mistakes.

    3:10 should get nominated for:
    Best Supporting
    Best Score
    Best Cinematography

    At least.
