We should avoid labeling things as 'Officially Cool' that have already been labeled 'Cool Stuff' elsewhere... makes us look less cool.

We should also, instead of pointing out things like errors or possible faux pas, in the comments, send private emails, so as not to draw attention to any of said things. Makes us more professional and helpful to one another.
