I have to say Cage sounded so detached from what I saw in the trailer. Then again maybe it
was just his failed attempt an accent. What hollywood needs to do with movies with this
type of plot is come up with a really cool explanation or as Lost does, have very compelling
character stories that drive the movie. That last line was interesting.

I gotta disagree with you, Hunter (shocking, I know). This looks solid. Not generic. I dig the math angle, although I'm a sucker for a Fibonacci sequence. And Cage looks like he's playing...Cage. At least it's not National Treasure.

Also, Dark City was amazing. When will you and I see eye to eye??

I agree with Brian. I don't like Nicolas Cage, but I'll tell you why I think he sucks. It's kind of in the same vein as what Cole said, the only exception being - Cage plays Cage in virtually EVERY ROLE and it's pretty annoying. Despite the accessories (hair color, glasses or no, really bad wigs or hairpieces) and wardrobe, nothing impresses me about him. The only possible exceptions would be Leaving Las Vegas and when he played Tiny E on SNL... notice a trend?
