I saw the first trailer of this one (which is more funnier) I did not see it in Comic-Con in SD but it got me LMAO. Can't wait to see this one too.

Yeah, I think there's going to be a lot of comparisons to The Incredibles as far the look of the animation goes. It might be a touch more polished, though, since we've come a few years down the line in tech.

But I will admit to almost writing Pixar instead of Dreamworks. Imitation and flattery right??

This movie looks absolutely hilarious & my wife & I watched this trailer together & just about peed ourselves silly over it! So YES, the anime is a definite tip of the hat to Pixar/Disney/The Incredibles but who the heck cares?! As long as the movie is an original and funny take on the old B/Monster movies of the 50's-70's then I'll be more than happy with that. Besides, copying is supposed to be a form of flattery and in the day & age of blatantly non-original movie concepts & wack-a$$ relaunches/reboots/remakes *PUKE*, I'll take this bite and run with it! I'll be giving the theater they $ for this one!

Every guy in animation I know loves the 50's to 60's sci fi genre, Brad Bird got there first with Iron Giant and Incredibles. If we can get more and its good... why not?
