Although it doesn't have the "Cloverfield" quality surrounding it, it still looks like a great piece of sci-fi and will probably be a better film than "Cloverfield".

After seeing Blomkamp's short films over on YouTube I think this has a real solid chance of being a cool flick. The more of the little "alert spots" I see, the more hyped I am to check it out.

If you haven't seen Neil Blomkamp's short films "Yellow" "Tempbot" or "Halo" (which he Jackson also had a hand in) you should give them a look.
