I loved this movie the very first time I saw it and loved it even more after experiencing my very first real break-up. It can be hilariously funny and painful to watch at the same time. The cast is perfect and the soundtrack enlightening - it opened me up to bands I had never heard of and now can't get enough of! Great flick!!!

Totally a #1 for me. Great job on recognizing this films brilliance. I honestly agree with every point made here, especially the "Ian and Rob confrontation". Gets me everytime.

This movie opened me up to so much great music and John Cusack films and therefore more great music, i.e. the Clash. I can't think of one bad thing about this movie, and I am glad someone else feels the same.

I really like this movie. Jack Black is golden. My favorite scene is when Barry enters the store, puts a tape on, and dances.

One of the all time best book-to-movie adaptations. In a lot of ways I think a double feature of this and About a Boy sum up the breadth of the male psyche in relationships.

    Best man-flick ever made.
