Great review. It makes really good sense on what is to tell about Juno. I can't wait to see this film!

I just saw Juno 2 days ago and I can't wait to see it again! Great choice on the line to quote but just for reference it's "this cactus-gram stings more than your abandonment"

"this cactus-gram stinks even worse than your abandonment."

Just saw the movie today, I may be wrong but I think she says "stings" not 'stinks"

probably not a big deal :)

Aha! You are right! Just got my copy of the script today and I verified that you guys nailed it...

“He and my mom got divorced when I was like five, and she lives on a reservation in Arizona with a husband and three replacement kids. Oh, and she inexplicably mails me a cactus every Valentine’s Day. And I’m like, thanks a heap coyote ugly, this cactus-gram stings even worse than your abandonment.”

    My bad...

The first sentence says 'consider director Jason Bateman, son of famed director Ivan Reitman'

Unless I'm horribly mistaken, I believe it was directed by Jason Reitman, and not Jason Bateman.

Nick -- Thanks for pointing that out. There have to be some Gremlins running around here
somewhere, because I am sure that wasn't what I wrote initially. Oh well... Changed now.

This is what film making should be all about - make a simple movie with a great script, cast it with good actors and hire a director that fits the vision of the screen play and shot it with high quality. No big budgets, no superstars, no CGI's and no big budget media circus promos with endless viewer exploitation.

Now I hope it just cleans up a the Awards shows. Everyone in this movie deserves a big high five and when the DVD comes out again on the flip side.

When i watched Juno for the first time, i had the feeling it would be a teen comedy that just
would have some jokes and politicaly incorect statements. I found that halfway through my
    heart was cleancehed, great movie!!!!
