I think not showing Heigl's breasts was an intentional joke; as you point out they're creating a web-site of celebrity nudity, and yet the movie itself features none of it, almost to the point of frustration. It's ironic. Yuk yuk.

It's one of the best comedies I've seen in a while. It's down to earth with a satiric edge to it. And I can't believe the tilte 'Knocked Up' hasn't been used before in a major studio movie.

I disagree. She's now an established actor on prime time. If there was going to be a joke, one would have been directly made. This movie is not filled with subtle humor, so forget the irony idea.
