    I bet the story follows Depp and Geofrey Rush. Chasing the Holy Grail. It'll be fun I think.

    To be honest, I think they should have stopped after the 3rd one. It sucked in my opinion.

    However, I think once a person represents a certain character, its hard for us to see anyone else as that character. Keira is the only person fit to play Elizabeth since we've all seen her that way now, the movie could be in a tiny tiiiny bit of danger if she doesn't come back.

    I'm excited fo another Pirates, it's one of the few trilogies that I never get sick of and that makes me feel happy no matter what mood I was in. As long as the script is done well I say go for it! I don't care who comes back as long as Depp is Sparrow, though I would love to see Rush again. I hope Gore is directing again as well!

    Well, I thought the end of the third movie pretty much set up for a sequel to exclude Will and Elizabeth. So, while I may be disappointed in not seeing her purdyness, I don't think I'd be particularly upset if she didn't return.

    Personally, I can't wait for the next film, if only because the third one left you hanging with questions as to why Sparrow is the way he is and focused more on Will and Elizabeth. *yawn* I could care less if Kiera doesn't make a come back for another movie if only because I feel they really screwed with her character from the first two films. *shrugs* But that is just my opinion. If they're serious about another Pirates film, however, huzzah for Johnny's return. I just hope it won't be a flop.

    When people think of what a good "pirates" movie should be, they think swashbuckling adventure (yeah, swashbuckling, i miss talk like a pirate day) not a corny romance that really brings nothing to the table.

    I think the next Pirates movie should get more in the fantasy realm with zombies, dinosaurs and giant sea monsters. If you're asking me to check my brain at the door, you better have something good that my eyes can look at.

    Big dumb fantasy adventure and a shorter running time is all I can hope for from this series right now.

    Depp is Pirate's trademark not Keira. She just wants more money and she will not get it. Who cares that Holmes missed Dark Knight? Nobody.

    These 'Pirate' films should've stopped after the first one, but if we're talking about a film with no Will/Elizabeth storyline, then that's a different story! I think more people would be willing to watch that because Jack Sparrow can do no wrong.

    You are not seeing the big picture - THE PUBLIC WANTS MORE OF CAPTAIN JACK SPARROW!!!! Big Time. Whatever Johnny Depps does - his fans will always want more! Sparrow and Barbossa sounds great to me! No matter what the story line - Captain Sparrow can sail on forever - nothing could make me happier. Bring me that horizon - !

    Disney needs to stop seeing dollar signs everywhere and start looking for signs of quality. This franchise steadily got worse as it went on and the ending they patched together is rather locked in. Bringing Keira back is mostly useless to this idea except for name recognition and box office. If there is any reason to carry this pirate universe on, it would be to follow the story of their son.

    Forget the Will & Elizabeth characters their story came to an end (thankfully) with the last movie.
    Pirates 4 - the only way I'll be interested is if it picks up the hinted storyline of Sparrow and Barbossa racing to find the fountain of youth or some similiar type of adventure. All I am interested in are pirates. Forget about any possible love interest. If they can give us those pillaging-double crossing-love 'em and leave 'em scoundrels then I'm in. Of course, this is Disney, so they will probably only get more cutesy and continue to make Sparrow a good guy beneath it all.

    I think she knows there's no place for her in the fourth POTC, so there's really no risk for her in saying this. Her story is finished and I think her inclusion would be nothing more than unnecessary baggage. Johnny's participation, however, is crucial. Thank goodness he's on board. I'm truly excited to see what's next for Captain Jack.

    It's clear that the onlyones that really want to enjoy for an other pirates of the caribbean are the fans of it, but let me ask you a very simple question... ¿How much are they?. In my opinion there are to many.

    So the conclusion is that if Disney makes the 4th movie it won't suck while people still like it, it's like Harry Potter, they want to make 9 or 8 movies and i dont think people would get tired.

    The next movie doesn't need Kiera, it should be about Jack Sparrow and any new characters they bring into the series.

    I think the fourth will do just fine without Keira and Orlando in it. Concentrating on a story with Captain Jack and Captain Barbosa would be the best idea to go with.

    Why all the hate? I applaud her for not tagging along for a fourth Pirates film. Somebody needs to put that dog, the franchise, down. Way to go Keira, move on and do something worthy of your talent, which you do indeed have.

    Yea to the 4th POC! All we need is Captain Jack and his crew of misfits! Story ended for Keira and Orlando......of course I would want to see Captain Barbosa and Monkey Jack! LOL Just happy they are going to do another POC!! Movie will do fine without Keira and Orlando....people want JACK!!!!!!! Bring it on Disney! Yea! :)

    I really think they wrapped up Elizabeth and Will's story. Maybe they'll introduce a couple of new characters, like a female love interest for Jack and a new friend, so they have that "trio".

    I don't blame her, she has shown she is capable of better things then being the eye candy in
    POTC.
    3 times as one character is enough. Look at the insane amount of money they had to throw
    at Johnny Depp to get him aboard

    I would love to see Capt. Jack return. I thought about the next story line as soon as the 3rd movie ended. Bring back Jack and his crazy crew. If Elizabeth doesn't return I'm ok with that but I would like to see Wil and Barbosa return. BRING BACK CAPT. JACK

    I think at the very least there should be a camio or short scean of Will meeting his son. other wise it leaves their part of the story, their relationship as a family rather disconjointed.
    Unless the script goes back in time and does a preqil. To see where Captian Jack and Barbosa came from would be fantastic. We know there are a whole lot of stories that took place before Will & Elizabeth, as was mentioned in the first movie, or how Will wound up shipwrecked as a kid. There are so many directions that this could go that I think many people would want to see.
