Boiling Point: Twilight
The dark visual world of Batman Tim Burton gave imagery that set a template for further comic book films. The Crow, The Shadow, V for Vendetta and more recently the revived version of Batman Begins. All the above films did not get too involved with the making of a film that will ultimately sell toys.
The Justice League film needs a title sequence that allows the audience to understand that these characters are already present with their abilities. Then the movie can move onto its story with little a reasonable introduction of the cast. The director needs to explore Superman's alien background more and make him more three dimensional. As for Batman they should continue the well trodden dark, disturbed character only perhaps add more quirk to the Bruce Wayne part to separate him from the current Christian Bale Batman. They need to sell Wonder womens sexuality and push her Greek God factor, she should have little expression almost like a Egyptian Princess. The Flash character needs to have the jokes but don't let him finish there, he should show an emptiness inside as looking for a companion. And the Green Lantern needs to be oblivious to much of the human conversation but show a dry sense of humor that surprises the audience, he is the straight man to the Flash's jokes almost.
The film should move along at a fast pace with an urgency to the crisis for whatever the Justice League are assembled for, the kinda urgency and pace that the Bourne Identity films convey.
The film should not resemble Sam Riami's colorful Spider-man saga as there are too many darker characters, this is not to say it appears as the Tim Burton Batman features but rather a happy medium like how the Shadow was shot.
If you get any problems with directing...then gve us a bell and I'll gladly take up the offer.
