Since I love the disaster genre Im glad to hear about this news. Still waiting on the extended DVD cut of POSEIDON. To me the POSEIDON ADVENTURE is the greatest movie ever made!

Earthquake movies usually come out on the Sci-fi channel. What is it with disaster movies? They're actually releasing this movie in a theater? What do people like about these disaster movies? I haven't seen Cloverfield or even I am Legend. Real disasters are scary enough. Maybe they're more boring than movies like to make it look.
