If you think she's hot there, you should check her out as Whisper the prostitute in Employee of the Month (no, not the Dane Cook crapfest) with Matt Dillon. Fischer isn't afraid to drop some foul-mouthed language either.

Oh, and she's a director and writer, too.

That Employee of the Month was an awesome film. I especially enjoyed the educational segment concerning what occurs when men and women climax. Hil-arious.
