    The only acceptable sequel that involves Rambo not in a jungle, is Rambo living peacefully in a city but then DEATH WISH happens.

    Which was apparently the original plot for the new Rambo to begin with. He was supposedly going to live in the mountains of Colorado and fight white supremacists.
