    I thought that last Halloween was one of the best ones in many years. Of course it was far from perfect but he has done more with it than anyone else has in a long time. I give Zombie credit for at least trying to do something different and refresh this franchise, he must be doing something right or he wouldn't be heading up this sequel.

    I enjoyed Zombie's take on Halloween and even though I'm surprised he's signed on for a sequel I'll be there to see what he's put together.

    I watched a directors cut that had hit the internet a couple weeks before the movie came out and really enjoyed it. When I took a date to go see it, it wasn't the same movie. Not even close. I ended up walking out when he starts to drown Danny Trejo. The DC bootleg was Way better.

    jeff, u mean the bootleg where they shoot up myers at the very end!?!? ya that cut?!

    it was really freaking lame, and lets not ferget the part of how he escapes.... (two workers at the jail open his cell and rape a chick on his bed and tease him about it) wow very clever, the version that came out to theatres was way better and way more delivered.

    i think he did something with it that all the others (minus one) could not do, deliver a story about a killer and make it suspenseful.

    how hard is that?!?! well they failed the last 20 frickin times haha
