We have four kids so we don't go to movies, we buy DVDS and have family movie night on Fridays. Our favorite family movie is Toy Story.

We're movie nuts, so it's hard to narrow it down. Over the years, the original THE IN-LAWS remains one our most quoted films. We quote lines from movies as a matter of course, but nothing gets as quick a smile as hearing, "A Zeeeeee?"
I had the opportunity to meet Alan Arkin in person. I asked him if he'd give me his autograph as well as "A Z?" He happily complied.

I take my kids to most of the family films that come out (unless they look really atrocious, then I just pretend theat they already left theatres). That works out to about two films a month. The good thing about a real family film is that it is just as enjoyable for parents as the kids. To that end, I think Pixar excels in this fashion. I have enjoyed every movie Pixar has released, some even more than the kids. My favorite is "The Incredibles".

Since all my kids are grown up, and I can get to spoil my grandkids, I've got to say "The Incredibles". The kids liked it and there was enough stuff for adults to find funny. It wasn't sappy sweet either.

Tough call between Charlie and the Chocolate Factory or Wizard of Oz. Try to hit the big screen once a month.

Favorite family film is definitely a tie between Fern Gully and Homeward Bound. I miss being a kid and watching each three times a day!
