    more realism please. I am of the opinion that movies that go the extra mile to actually put a huge amount of effort into realism instead of being lazy and throwing chunkfuls of CGI at the screen will ultimately be appreciated in time..

    Case in point, Hancock. Loads of CGI plonked on the screen. That movie wouldnt have been so bad if it had a bit more heart and a lot less CGI to it. It gets boring and detracts from the story being told. One, however, has to ackowledge that CGI has made it possible for certain effects to be achieved a la Iron Man...but when studios get lazy and serve us a many spoonfuls of CGI, then you have to question its usefulness sometimes.
