Film School Rejects: Fringe 2.1 Review: Welcome Back, Olivia Dunham

i'm absolutely excited about this coming season. and very, very impressed with the first episode.
a few things just occurred to me now though:
    - if william bell is hanging out so much over there, where is that dimension's own belly, and what does he have to say about there being two of them?
    - maybe the shape-shifting soldier works for alt-walter (who is bigger/better/badder than our walter) who's all out helping with the "war" cuz he's p'd off with our dimension and our walter for stealing his peter.
    - if they ever do a flashback show to william and walter's younger days - would jj get zach quinto to play bell? who'd play walter?
    - i think the new agent is a pattern soldier, because of: "i think i've been waiting for you ppl my whole life"; and by episode's end, she'd found a strange connection between the previous cases (imo, similar to the way olivia finds obscure angles to solve her cases).

    1. I'm pretty sure the killer-guy did say a word before he killed the first guy. I think he said "Hey" or something.
    2. This episode wasn't all that great in my opinion. I liked the premise of the sort inter-dimensional-time-warping-whatever was going on.
    3. There is a pretty prominent death in this and I'm all like "lame balls."

The twist with Charlie was expected though not probable due to time constraints of the device.Kirk Acevedo's announcement of getting fired finally makes sense and he'll probably be gone soon. I loved the X-Files episode Dreamland Part II playing in the background which foreshadowed what would happen to those who got it (I'm sure not many did). Full review of the episode on my blog.
