Film School Rejects: Foreign Objects: Timecrimes

I probably enjoyed this movie more than you guys did, but your points are well taken. I totally agree with you about the gaping plot hole concerning the underlying time-travel concept (which is the same issue that ruined Terminator 2 for me). I won't go into detail b/c I don't want to ruin the plot. Overall, I think it's a pretty good victory for indie cinema...

The wound wasn't frothing foamy goo, and the blood alone didn't turn the bandage pink. You just forgot about the big tub of white liquid he climbed into.

The Terminator films don't follow a consistent timeline - this does. In Terminator, if John Connor doesn't send the other guy back, he'd never be born, but he was already born. That's a hole.

Here, there's one timeline relative to Hector, and another relative to the other characters. It may seem weird, and the decisions the characters make are sometimes stupid, but what happens, happens, and as far as we know, everything happens only once.
