Thank you for this review.
I saw this movie in theaters and immediately fell in love with the story and the characters. Farrell knocked me out of my seat with his performance- I definitely did not expect him to EVER act so well as he did in this movie.
You phrased it best, it was a dark comedy interwoven with bloody tragedy.
Such a good movie...
