My Honorable mentions for what should be demanded from Transformers 2:

The Decepticons should be more threatening to the human race. The scope of their invasion of Earth needs to be shown or mentioned.

Don't condecend to the kids or the man-children watching Transformers. Make the young heroes, heroes. But leave the heavy lifting to the Autobots.

Higher wages/Free Anime and Mountain Dew for the special effects team. Longer fight scenes between giant-ass robots doesn't come cheap.

Oh yeah, I forgot one more. The plot is longer than 30 minutes. A lot of Transformers 1 were gags that went nowhere. The actual story was too simple.

I demand a tie in with 7/11... if only to get a really cool Optimus Prime head Slurpee cup a'la Iron Man.

Also, I demand more fighting between Megatron and Starscream. The (very) few instances in the first film didn't do their constant bickering for superiority, justice.

I agree: Megatron and Starscream making jabs at each other and constant backstabbing was barely touched in the first film, must have more! Show the contempt for humans more...

More on-camera fights...none of the shaking lens effect to keep your eyes from focusing on the robots..it was a cheap way to hide the lack of details during fast action.

I will puke if sam gets a robot suit like the cartoon....

OK , I agree that more on screen action and lines should be given to the robots , but you have to accept that the only thing holding the last film back was budget , now they have big mula to play with , so that shuldn't be a problem , also Bay has said that there will be at least one scene dedicated to desepticons dialigue only , so that's your starscream/megsie bikkering sorted.
The biggest thing that I think needs attention is that the 'cons were a little too powerful in comparison with the autobots , I mean maybe it was the small space they were in , maybe they were affraid of stepping on Sam , but Ironhide and Ratchet would've damaged starscream more than that , same goes for Optimus vs. Megatron , they're meant to be roughly equal , but megatron was almost twice the size of Prime (and need I mention the gun? Primes' pea-shooter v Megatrons' mini-Death Star?

Please Please Please! Have robots that combine. I could not believe they made Devastator into 1 truck. I want to see something like Devastator, Omega Supreme, Bruticus, Menasor....or something where they combine and have a huge BIG BOY FIGHT!!!!
