    Joe Montagna circa "Baby's Day Out." Ryan Stiles (not annoying, but he needs the work). The non-Charlie Sheen guy from 2.5 Men. Ricky Gervais seems a little too obvious. Rowan Atkinson (because he *is* the World's Most Annoying Man). Steve Martin, ever since he jumped the shark and faultily thought enough time had passed since Peter Sellers did Clouseau. Cole Abaius.
