    That would be an interesting take on the classic monster. I trust Del Toro, and I trust Doug, so I'm sure it would be pretty amazing.

    Yes, yes, and more yes. del Toro is a great adult fantasy director (no, not THOSE fantasies) and would be perfect in re-envisioning the character.
