Does anyone really give a damn about these movies anymore? The whole torture horror genre has been done to death.

Even as a huge horror fan, I've never really loved the Saw movies. I thought Saw III was the best because it had some of the better kills, I thought.

I am looking forward to Saw V just a little bit, though, because of the new writing staff. I loved Feast and feel like the kind of guys who wrote that movie can pump some new blood into a concept thats going stale.

Robert, you do realize the 'feast guys' wrote saw 4 and in response to Zilla, if you DONT think people still care about this franchise, you are ignorantly blind.

There is a reason the films made the following:

    Saw - 105 million
    Saw II - 148 million
    Saw III - 164 million
    Saw IV - 141 million

It's because people LOVE these films. And it's not because they are torture porn, but rather because they can actually produce a smart and cunning thriller.

The Hostel films make the Saw franchise look as clever as the Sphinx. Like Chris said, as long as people keep going then there will be more installments.

    I do love the poster.
