The Taurus Awards are given for Best High Work, Best Work with a Vehicle, Best Overall Stunt by a Stunt Woman, Best Overall Stunt by a Stunt Man, Best Specialty Stunt and Best Stunt Coordinator and/or 2nd Unit Director, and Best Action in a Foreign Film.
I just Googled Taurus Awards and Quentin Tarantino won a Taurus for Action Movie Director of the Year 2005 for his Kill Bill series.
Their site said, "TWSA executive producer Mitch Geller said, “Quentin Tarantino’s work with the Kill Bill films, solidified him as one of today’s best action directors making him the perfect choice for the Taurus Action Movie Director of the Year award. He has consistently shown an ability to learn from the stunt teams on his many films and has expressed a genuine interest in the field of stunt work.â€
